Listed below are the dates, times and locations of the upcoming flu immunization clinics being offered FREE to all full-time and part-time employees and retirees of Clovis Unified. Employee’s and retiree’s family members are eligible only if they are covered by the District's health benefits plan.

A/Brisbane/59/2007 (H1N1)-like virus
A/Brisbane/10/2006 (H3N2)-like virus
B/Florida/4/2006-like virus
CUSD is NOT offering the H1N1 flu vaccine. |
