SIERRA VISTA CHILDREN’S HEALTH CENTER

The Sierra Vista Children’s Health Center provides health and dental services to Clovis Unified students.

Health services are available to children ages 0-18 years old and are free of charge to income-eligible families. Patients who have Medi-Cal and those who do not have health insurance coverage are also eligible for these services. These services include:

  • Well-baby and well-childcare
  • Immunizations – you must qualify for VFC services (call the health center to see if you qualify)
  • Tuberculosis testing
  • WIC referrals
  • Treatment of minor injuries and illnesses 
  • Sports screenings - $30 cash/credit
  • Preschool/first-grade physicals - $30 cash/credit

Dental services are available for children in preschool through high school.  All Medi-Cal is accepted along with Delta Dental PPO insurance.  If you do not have Medi-Cal or Delta Dental PPO, cash/credit pay is accepted.  These services include:

  • Cleanings
  • X-rays
  • Sealants
  • Fluoride varnish
  • Simple fillings

All services at the Sierra Vista Children’s Health Center are by appointment only.

The Sierra Vista Children’s Health Center is on the southeast corner of the campus (Barstow and Pollasky), on the Pollasky side behind the Head Start preschool building.
