Payment Options

    • Go to CUSD RevTrak
    • Click on the Child Development BOX.
    • Select EXPANDED LEARNING CLUB INVOICE PAYMENT.
    • Enter AMOUNT DUE indicated on your statement.
    • Select SCHOOL SITE from the dropdown list.
    • Enter ACCOUNT # (located on the upper right-hand area on your statement).
    • Add to CART.
    • Proceed to CHECKOUT.
    •  You will be prompted to SIGN-IN or CREATE AN ACCOUNT if this is your first time using the system.

  • A blank check with lines for writing the date, payee, amount, and memo.  A sample United States Postal Money Order with the words 'Sample' printed across it.

    • Make checks and money orders out to CUSD.
    • Make sure to include your account # and child's name on the memo line.
    • Mail in envelope provided or drop in locked box outside our office doors.
    • Mailing address is: 1735 David E. Cook Way Clovis, CA 93611.

    • Simply set us up as a merchant through YOUR BANK's online bill pay system.
    • Make sure to include your account # and child's name.
    • Please allow 8-10 days for your payment (physical check) to arrive to us.

Automated calls will remind you of payments that are past due. 
Payments are not accepted over the phone.
