Application Information

The Expanded Learning Club Application opened the week of April 22nd and can be found in your Parent Connect.

Before submitting your application, please be mindful to carefully select the correct days that you need for each ELC program (Before School, TK/K, and Afterschool Programs). 
Applications will be processed in May and June. 

 

Incomplete or incorrect applications will result in a longer processing time or possible waitlist status.

How To Apply for ELC

 If you need your Parent Connect login information, please click here. 

  1. Select the track for the following school year. 
  2. Once you have selected the school year for your student, scroll down until you see the “School Links” box.
  3. In the “School Links” box please select the “Expanded Learning Club” link
  4. Click on the blue link with the appropriate year and school site. Complete the application by selecting the programs you want for your student(s). Make sure to select the correct days in each program. Any requested schedule changes may result in longer processing time of your application. 
  5. Once you submit the application you will be unable to submit another application for the same student. 
    • If you are unable to select the program and/or day in the application, it means the program has reached capacity (including waitlist) for that program and/or day. We are no longer accepting applications for that program and/or day. 
  6. Repeat the steps above for each student you wish to enroll. 
  7. Once you submit the completed application you will receive an email confirmation that your application was received by Child Development. This is NOT an indication your student has been enrolled in program.
  8. Once your student has been accepted into program, you will receive another email stating their enrollment status.

Additional Information

If the program (Before School, TK/K, After School) you are wanting to select is not available for you to choose, that means the program has already reached capacity for applications.  This capacity number also includes a waitlist.  For example, if the program can safely accommodate 80 students, we accepted 100 applications to have 40 additional students on a waitlist. 

 

Pinedale & Sierra Vista Elementary Schools: 

  • Only TK/K students will enroll in the Expanded Learning Club. For any student in 1st - 6th grade you will have to contact your school for an application. 

Incoming TK/K or new CUSD Students ONLY: 

  • Your child must be fully enrolled in Clovis Unified in order to gain access to Parent Connect.

  • If your transfer has been approved, please call us to receive information on next steps.
