Simple Behavioral Health Benefits

 

Clovis Unified School District is contracted with Simple Behavioral to provide its employees, retirees, and their covered dependents under the CUSD Health Plan with mental & behavioral health services as well as substance abuse programs.

Simple Behavioral works with a wide (and growing) network of mental health providers, psychiatric services, and substance abuse programs & facilities to ensure that CUSD employees, retirees, and dependents covered under the CUSD Health Plan receive quality care that meets their specific needs.

To start services, contact Simple Therapy Behavioral Service’s to confidentially speak with one of their representatives who will assess the needs of the caller and provide a referral to the appropriate care. 

    • Participating Provider – IN OFFICE & VIRTUAL $35 CoPay Per Visit
    • Non-Participating Provider – 50% of the network contract rate after any applicable deductible
    • Visit Limitations – Unlimited visits permitted as long as deemed medically necessary
