Fees

A young woman smiles as she helps a child with an art project.Expanded Learning Club is a fee-based program, however your school or family may qualify for a fee-waiver. More information on fee-waiver qualifications is below. For the fee-based program it is a prepayment program. Payment in full is due on the first of each month of service.

If the payment is not received by the 10th of the month a late fee will be assessed. Nonpayment may result in your student being dropped from the Expanded Learning Program.

Fee-Waiver Qualifications 

Through ELOP funding we are able to offer fee-waivers if your student meets one of the following qualifications: 

  1. English Learner. This is an official designation through the school district based on your student's primary language and English proficiency.
  2. Foster Youth
  3. Migrant 
  4. Low Income

If you believe your student qualifies under one or more of these qualifications please call the Child Development office at (559) 327-9160 to find out next steps. 

  • Before School - Begins at 7 AM until TK/K Starts $5.00 per day
    Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten M/T/TH/F $17.50 per day
    Wednesday $13.50 per day
    After School - Ends at 5:30 PM M/T/TH/F $15.00 per day
    Wednesday $22.50 per day

    *Minimum 3 days in a three-hour program per week required for enrollment.

  • Full Day Programs are available during fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks. Separate applications are required for each full day program session. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    Full Day Program $50.00 per day

  • Description Fee
    LATE PAYMENT FEE:
    • Payments are due on the first of the month. A late payment fee will be accessed on the account after the tenth.
    		 $15.00
    EMERGENCY SCHEDULE CHANGE:
    • Requires approval and must be done in the Child Development office.
    		 $10.00
    RETURNED CHECK FEE:
    • Applied to any account with a returned check to Expanded Learning Club.
    		 $25.00
    ROSTER COPIES FEE:
    • Request must be made in the Child Development office and may take up to 10 business days to process. Payment due upon pick-up of copies.
    		 $10
