Printing

Please bring a master copy or USB with the files you would like to print as PDFs. Please note that PDF files are not editable once saved. If printing a colored poster, please save your file as a PNG on a USB.

It is not possible to log in onto our laptops. Our machines are not able to scanback files.

Calling the Teacher Center

Our phone numbers have changed as of December 22, 2025. Please call 1-559-327-0513 or 1-559-327-0502.

Asynchronous Jobs

As of January 8, 2026, The Teacher Center does not process asynchronous printing jobs. If you would like to print, please bring a master copy or a USB with the files you would like to print. If you cannot make it to the Teacher Center, you may also authorize an additional user (such as an Instructional Assistant) to access your Teacher Center funds. Simply print out the Additional User Form and send us a signed copy either physically or digitally.

Payment Changes

As of September 18, 2025, the Teacher Center only accepts payments via credit or debit. There is a processing fee. Payments can be made by checking in with the PLC’s front lobby receptionist. 

Lunch Closures

The Teacher Center will be closed for lunch from 11:30am to 12:30pm starting July 1, 2025. Please refer to our Hours of Operation section below for any exceptions.

Reminders

  • Teacher Center Policies and Procedures:
    • Transfer of funds between teachers’ accounts is not available.
    • All CUSD helpers using a teacher’s account must have a signed Additional User Form on file at the Teacher Center. This form must be filled out each school year.
    • The Teacher Center does not process asynchronous printing jobs. If you would like to print, please bring a master copy or a USB with the files you would like to print.
    • Teacher Center accounts for the 2025-2026 school year must be depleted by June 30, 2026. Money does not roll over to the next year.
  • Please call us when you need our large laminator. We do not turn it on until you call; it takes roughly 20 minutes to warm up.
  • The smaller laminators are always hot and ready for when you arrive. Remember to laminate before die-cutting.
  • The TC requests that food and drink be left in the break room by Supplemental Services or by the TC’s Lost and Found.
  • Items are cleaned out of the lost and found the last business day of July. Please contact TC staff if you believe you left an item there.

At this time, the CUSD Teacher Center is only servicing Clovis Unified employees.

Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

The Teacher Center will be hosting CTE and teacher tours during the following times so please plan accordingly:

  • September 15, 2026 – 11:45am to 1:45pm. We are closed for lunch from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.
  • September 16, 2026 – 9:00am to 11:00am.
  • September 17, 2026 – 1:30pm to 3:00pm.

  • September 23, 2026 – 10:00am to 1:30pm. We are closed for lunch from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.

Check-In Policy

Please bring your CUSD badge when coming to the Teacher Center. If you are a retiree or parent volunteer, please sign in to the iPad in the front Lobby before entering the Teacher Center.

What We Do

The physical environment where students learn has a huge impact on their success. The Teacher Center is here to help you and your students succeed by taking your goals and connecting you to solutions.
