CUSD Employee Health Center

CUSD Health Center by miCare

Opened in early 2018, the CUSD Health Center provided by miCare offers a wide range of general healthcare services to employees, retirees, and covered dependents under the District’s health plan. The Health Center is staffed with board-certified physicians & a caring team of healthcare providers who are ready to assist our covered members with their general health needs.

Appointment-based, there are limited-to-no wait times, limited paperwork, and no copay.

Several benefits include timely access to healthcare, reduced healthcare costs by providing a range of services from sick visits, disease management, preventative screenings, and health risk assessments, and much more!

The Health Center is operated as part of the CUSD health benefits plan, and costs associated with the Health Center are paid by the District’s self-insured fund, which includes the premiums paid by eligible employees & retirees. The Health Center does not operate a billing department & is therefore not able to accept appointments from anyone not covered under the Clovis Unified health plan.

The miCare patient portal (see the graphic above or the link below) & the Healow mobile app (see the flyer under Resources) are convenient ways to access your health records & make appointments with your providers at the Health Center.

To make an appointment by phone, please call 559-327-CUSD (2873), and a miCare staff member will personally assist you.

Many speciality labs have have specific draw requirements & supplies. To ensure that the Health Center is equipped to complete your request, please send your lab form(s) via email or fax (listed above) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the lab staff does not receive the lab requisite ahead of time, they may not be able to complete tests at the time of your appointment.
