Requirements to Join:

• 2 lengths of freestyle with side breathing
• 1 length of backstroke without going vertical

Aquatic Academy is a program ran throughout the year in various seasons that range from 3 – 12 weeks in length. The Cost of the seasons are between $100 – $350 depending on length and any attire provided. Participants are improving Freestyle and Backstroke, and in the learning phase of Breaststroke and/or Butterfly. CUSD Swim Meets are available through the year. This program will be made up of three – four swim practices and up to one water polo practice during the season (Swim and Water Polo practice times may differ). Our goal is to develop athletes for Aquatic Sports. Swimming is needed for all Aquatic sports, so that is the main focus, but introduction to water polo is provided at some sites to begin the process of developing skills in that sport.
